ALL operators are independent, licensed and insured AREA RENTERS at Salon Ferrara. Operators are NOT employed by Salon Ferrara . All individual operators determine exact client pricing and scheduling. Pricing and hours may vary between operators and are subject to change at any time. Payment is due at the time of service. Each operator enforces their own set policies on managing frequent cancellations, late fees, and no shows. Gift certificates are available but must be purchased by the individual operator whom it will be redeemed by.
